How do appointment cancellations or changes work?

Please contact us 24/7 (either by Telephone at: 1-844-THE-NU-ME ( 1-844-843-6863 ) , or E-mail us at: info@nume.me) as soon as you realize you need to make a change to your appointment. Or, if you scheduled through your Physician, you can also contact their office to complete any changes.

In doing so, please reference your:

Does NuMe Express have a Medical Director associated with the company?

Yes. We are honored to have the renowned, Houston-based, Clayton L. Moliver, M.D, F.A.C.S. as our company’s Medical Director. Dr. Moliver has over 20 years experience in Plastic Surgery, serves as Clinical Professor, Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas and holds Board Certifications in the following specialties:

  • American Board of Surgery

What is the level of education and experience of the Clinician who will be performing my procedure?

Under the supervision of our Houston-based, plastic surgeon Medical Director, NuMe Express employs highly trained and experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians and Aestheticians licensed with the state of Texas to perform all our minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.

Are your medical-mobile facilities fully licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Even though we are a mobile treatment facility, we are still held to the same stringent state and federal licensure and quality standards as any other similarly operating brick and mortar facility.

In addition, we have our own, dedicated, Chief Compliance Officer, to ensure we are continually operating in accordance with the highest quality standards of healthcare.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards and most major credit cards.

Do you accept insurance?
